Three Tops of Solanská

A 29.2 km solo ridge walk over the full Solanská hora massif from Bělušice, all three tops, down to Třebívlice.

There is no marked trail on the Solanská hora crest, so bring a map you trust. You pick your own way onto the ridge and between the tops. In return, you will almost certainly have all three summits and their views to yourself.

From the Bělušice stop the way goes east through Chrámce, Lužice and Dřevce through rolling farmland, with the massif ahead. The climb to Solanská hora ends on the open summit slope. From there you see the lower Ohře basin below you, with Hazmburk and Říp standing in it. The crest walk continues over Dlouhý vrch to Třtín, where the eastern top gives the same wide view from a new angle. Between the tops the ridge is quiet woods.

The descent drops south through Skalice and Dřemčice into Třebívlice, where the little station connects via Lovosice back to Prague.
