Dřemčice

A small village of the Třebívlice parish under the southern rim of the range — the trailhead for the blue-marked climb to Blešenský vrch.

Dřemčice is a farming village a couple of kilometres north of Třebívlice, to which it has always belonged — school, parish and today’s municipality alike. A small 19th-century chapel with a bell tower stands on the green; an older chapel of St John of Nepomuk from 1722 stood on the rise west of the village until it was demolished in 1980.

For walkers it is mainly the gateway to the hills: the blue-marked trail leaves the village for Blešenský vrch and the Solanská hora ridge, whose wooded wall closes the view to the north.
