Kloč

summit · 737 m · České středohoří

The third highest summit of the České středohoří (737 m) — a domed, fully forested mountain above Kostomlaty pod Milešovkou, with only partial leafless-season glimpses toward Hradišťany.

Kloč — older maps also call it Pařez — is the third highest point of the whole České středohoří at 737 m, yet one of its least celebrated: a regular forested dome a kilometre and a half south of Kostomlaty pod Milešovkou, with no marked trail to the top and no summit view. In the leafless months the trees allow partial glimpses, mainly toward the Hradišťany massif. It is a summit for collectors and for those who like their mountains quiet; access is free, just steep.
